As Creative Lead at Disney Consumer Products & Interactive Experiences, Anthony leads a team devoted to building performance creative engagement strategies and producing digital assets for brands, including Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars. He directs the Performance Creative Team, where he manages both local and remote employees, and provides creative direction/guidance, project management and implements new strategies to increase efficiency and drive the digital creative output forward.
Anthony is a highly motivated hands-on leader, with a passion for collaboration, teamwork, and inspiration. His expertise is in conceptual thinking, art direction, developing project scope, client relationships and reducing expenditures. Anthony also is a firm believer in giving back and mentorship. He has volunteered through the "Rise: Peer to Peer Learning program" and taught courses in Motion Graphics for beginners and intermediate levels, and mentored team members by coaching them on their presentation skills, interfacing with clients/Sr. Leaders and teaching them new design skills.
